seeing how IMP fluff the bed on us - ( I'm told it happens a lot ) a couple of us are going to war each other. To make it easier we are making two tags. ELY-ace is one and the other will pop up soon. Elysium will be policing so i ask let us have our fun.

well there isn't a lot of killing going on, some. This is a contest to have the highest nw in the end - no gs/br/ab - but anything else to slow the enemy down goes, land grabbing, harmful spy ops, missiles.

I did a fluff ton of ops, and now I think the bomb Structures is a damn fine OP :D

WIsh DR wouldn't kick in as fast, as my only real advantage was in SPAL :)

But BomB structures + ABs could cause critical damage on any country, i will try to do that next time we war :)

where did I say its effective against farmer? I said its effective (destroys buildings) cause both are farmers so they have similar build up.

if zip would be indy then not that effective since cw lacks ics.
