I always stocked at far less than $100 figuring that if someone bought out the market, I wanted a chance to make some money, so I usually set my stockpiles anywhere from $70-90. The only bad thing is for awhile I was going even lower, like $60, and there were a few times when bushels really did reach that. Even if I could rebuy bushels for $55 or so, I had so much cash I couldn't really play turns until I rebought all those bushels. That was annoying. But $70 or higher? I think that's a perfect amount for stockpiles. If someone's going to get overly aggressive and try a buyout at like $100 per bushel, I want to make sure I make it difficult for them and cash in. :)

what 2b limit? you can have over 2b cash in hand but then you lose bit of that money every turn you use.

You can have as much money as you want. However, you do lose money per turn on "corruption" so it's still an unwise idea to carry $50 billion in cash unless you're destocking.
