Why so much hate for corporations?, do you know that its not a person? Corporation are a form of buisness, its not a person, you peeps in the left love to throw "corporation" around to try and demonize it when in fact its a form of business, just like Government has different forms of it, get a clue!

Now if politicians can understand this, this country can get back to being the land of opportunity. Instead of the land of "We're hiring... (but instead of hiring people from the United States of America) we're going to out-source to India, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore." while upwards of 30 million Americans have lost their jobs, homes, retirement savings, and everything that made them proud to be a working class American.

Why? Because these same corporations can cook their books, cut their staff, conspire to liquidate their holdings and take the money gained and split like thieves in the night, leaving their former employees holding the bag. And to provide the best example of this, lets take a long hard look at Enron, Adelphia, Tyco, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, AIG and various other corporations like them.

Like I said, corporation is a form of buisness, not a person, reason as to why they out source, simple, over regulation, you shoot yourself on the foot and blame the gun for it, doesn't work that way.

True enough. But regulations exist so the people running the businesses aren't profiting off of someone else's misery by working them to the bone without giving them competitive pay, raises, health insurance, a means to survive on their paycheck without working more than one job to afford everything they need just to get by on a monthly basis.

If *every* American had to live paycheck to paycheck the suicide rate in this country would be skyrocketing.

News flash, we are already living paycheck to paycheck!

Okay to clarify. If the people making enough money to pay off our national debt with less than 10% of their networths had to live from paycheck to paycheck, they'd kill themselves, most likely by jumping from their penthouse suites.

That would happen in any country
