yea my farmers aren't liking low prices but others love those.

price was few times at 37 but then got dropped to 36 and doubt it rises to ~40 real soon.

There are a lot of land trading farmers, its not really that hard to figure out. Once they stop selling prices will go up.

Too many Farmers. Not enough Eaters. Demos should be subject to a -25% food production to balance the Gov class.

The only "penalty" they have is 3 turns per attack. Even a +25% food consumption "penalty" instead of the food production penalty would be okay.

my farmers are demos (hell no i'll run any other farmer) with maxed mil tech so price isn't that big problem for me (if it drops to 35 i sell at priv).

But if I drop your food production by 25%, is it still advantageous to run a Demo Farmer?

The other answer is to put Demo private market resell value at something near a Theo.

lol they only get an extra 10% MAX technology and no sales commission.. I think that's penalty enough and when you add in 3 turns to attack which makes you very vulnerable to back down to a warring clan I think it's about even.

Fasc needs some added boost(s)... mine didnt keep up at all even with my dictator farmers(I ran 4 fasc, 7 dict and 4 demos... all the dict/farmers are now demos though once land goal was reached)
