subsection under the Control Panel s'posed to do something? I get " not implemented" message. Don't really care, just wonderin'.

It may eventually do something; it currently does not because we didn't write anything to go there yet; at the moment you can't actually spend turns from the control panel, and readiness would require spending turns

Finally did the signature thing.

lies, you can sell goods and tech which spends a turn :P
