That's the biggest knock on land-trading in my opinion. Everyone can get big enough to capitalize on private market pricing.
Not the landtrading techers. With military prices like this, I'd say landtrading theo techer to 60k, then switch to demo & stock, and then do a demo public destock, would be a way to get 400m networth per country.
I can't see landtrading techers going much past 60k, and you only get 28m networth a day of PM regen on 60k acres. The cashers and farmers can get to 120k, but a techer should stop at half that size.
I think the problem is that there are too many landtrading farmers and cashers and not enough landtrading techers.
Going reseller was never a good move ever though. When switching to military bases, its always been better to switch late enough that your stockpile lasts until the end of the set, rather than switching early enough that your stockpile runs out before the end of the set. Going demo MBR with a public destock is the exception to this, but for the most part, you don't want to resell, you want to destock.
