blid- Would I steal money from a bank if it weren't illegal? Yes. Is it morally wrong to point a gun at the bankers face and demand they hand over money to you or else? Yes. Would I do it? In the world we live in today? Just to get by? Hell yes.

I have a brain and can figure fluff out on my own, and so can you. So what you're saying is we don't need any laws? We can live in a utopian society and trust each other and throw away our guns.

Yet you can't even go one post without being a sarcastic a- hole.

Just admit you are wrong, agree the rules should be posted and let's agree that what I did was wrong? (But, not illegal, according to any written rules.)

BTW: Last time I played this game was like 2000-2001. I think that's when I was Bloodstone(Before that I was krazyman).

Last time I played, farming was legal but frowned upon. I did it back then....

I'm being serious when I say I had friends make me landfarms because I thought it was legal. When I found out you guys said it was illegal, I was close to just stopping and apologizing, but then I read the rules, and that was more 'finding a way out' rather than 'looking for a loophole'. I just find it ironic ppl scream at me for cheating and being an idiot when they keep saying rules rules rules, and there aren't any rules mentioned? Just name calling and telling me to go read....

Yeah KoH, I get what you're saying. This some rule you all made up and agreed to? In some thread from a year ago? One which I wasn't present to read or agree with? I just heard this from Kingme, you guy's wouldn't even direct me to that info.

So, right now I have a rule that was agreed to by the community, over a year ago, in a thread that doesn't seem to exist anywhere.

Back to my point, can we put it in the rules before we delete people for breaking the rules that aren't written in the rules? Do you know how many games people start playing, farm the fluff out of people, then get suicided. Then, they ask their friends to make farms for them so they can keep from getting suicided? Just about every game. All of which state whether farming is legal or not legal.

the community didn't agree to anything, per se. its called spirit of the rules, and that is we're playing an individual server and we need to play individually.

you can argue ingame pacts, but thats part of the diplomacy of the individual game (as opposed to tag protection/alliance posturing).

but if you can't make a post on express talk saying "hey everybody, lets AB #XX," why are you allowed to say "hey three people who are teching, i will tech all reset and if you are too, pm me"

the exact same type of coordinating happening outside of the game.

what about every alliances website with a thread to the effect of "hey, anybody else playing express?"

how about when my friend landgrabs me and i don't retal him, but i retal another person that i don't know if i'm friends with or not?

there are no rules written, i forgot, because the best we ever got to was "moderator discretion"

you've had the rules explained to you, just like we all had it explained to us.

it is now written for you to reference. it is "moderator discretion" they decide, the best you can do is avoid anything potentially rule breaking

its because the rules don't exist

i started by saying "spirit of the rules" but that implies rules. it is "spirit of individual play", and requesting tech or defense alliances on forums or in alliance websites is not individual play, just like i can not say seven people, lets all individually go kill or ab somebody

the two examples are one in the same, as far as "spirit of individual play" is concerned

why would you want to land trade on an individual server? probably never as good as grabbing, and definitely not as good after the third hit when ghost DR is permanently kicked in

I just love when Rd people, who were caught cheating constantly on this server ( and not only this server) poops up in this type threads.

Dittie you broke an unwritten rule. All the games out there have bugs and people who exploit it are not playing the game right. Even if it`s not in the rules, your actions were not in spirit of the game and pretty much close to cheating.

Gl in the future. There are 2 type of players in this game - the ones who play it right and the ones who will do anything
(cheating included) to win.

Most folks never hear from me,or of me..

i've been a colour for over a decade and in this game (yes, i do stipulate this game) and i have an impeccable reputation (outside of people thinking i'm a complete moron, but in their defense that's only because i'm.. a complete moron? :( )
