I am observing ffa kills that involve lemming a country from 2m units down to 500k or so, then still killing the country in around 400 hits? just seems off to me...400 hits seems normal to kill a mid set country.

pop killed was changed so you get the most at 90% or 110% or something of your networth, and if networth disparity is big it goes down
