Humanitarians will not allow you to attack such a small opponent!

there should be an option that says attack anyways, BUT a portion of your population will leave for each attack..

same for large..

lets think logical

tell the humanitarians GTFO if they don't like it. should be able to hit anyone you wantt and the portion that leaves takes longer to come back :D

It should be possible for a tag to declare war on another tag ingame and when that happens humanitarians and other bullfluff stuff is being overruled or changed.

Like in real life... if a friendly neighbour is being beaten by a third country do I, as the almighty dictator care what my population thinks and fluffing humanitarians. I starve 'em already, I don't care.

Is my neighbour attacked I have to help him any way I need to get the heat off his back. If he dies I can't get to that huge party he has every easter, with all the goodlooking hookers and fluff like that.

Why are there so many humanitarians in my country?

I thought I was a tyrant, would'nt I have just had them all impaled by now? How dare they mock me! Vlad, fetch me something pointy.

If I say attack Juggernautville, I really do not give a flying poke at a rolling donut if my lem- troops will be slaughtered. Vlad, I'll need more stakes!

What do you mean they are exhausted? There is no exhausted in war! The humanitarians are behind this, i just know it. Vlad I don't care how many trees are left in my country I NEED MORE STAKES! I'll show the f-ing humanitarians how we 'hug' trees around here . . .

IF you are able to attack another country despite your humanitarians it should require readiness loss and civilian loss as well as loss of govt bonus if there is one for x amount of turns.

maybe you can add an option like declare civil war and u loose all income for a period of time and - a % of what you have for each attack
and for like 72 hrs
