this is how you do it - we all know land is king sooo, all you have to do is after the second full 120 explore, save up turns till you hit max. Farm your self so you blast ahead in land. now all you have to do is have people hit you and you enforce l;l, the ghost ar you will make will be huge and all you have to do is throw the topfeed card around and you are in.

you will always be ahead in land so if anyone ever hits you you call topfeed. - i would even go for 125% l:l - why not.

fluff your 300 Spartans fool - i have 32 of the biggest fluffed mother fluffers made of titanium !!

All you have to do is have a sufficient stock. I made Top 10 several times without big acres.

Most people who make top 10 use all 16 of their countries to benefit 1. Somewhat by farming them down but more by FA/buyouts.
