Demo's still sell food at $36 on pvt?

I am stuck at $35 when selling food in pvt market...

Doesn't a mil tech maxed Demo sell at $36?
or it change?

make sure you have no mb's whatsoever. You need a bit more than 40 tech per acre.

you need to have at least 81.69% mil tech (according to some guy from evo).
