shouldnt it be treated as self deleting?

also last i heard, if you self-delete you come back with no turns, but if you get deleted for rules violations, you come back with full turns.

you dont come back with full turns, you just come back with turns that you should have as though you werent deleted.

You don't get that if you self-delete. You start with 0
