Let's say my ally runs a country with jets that never attacks. I gain mega free jets, save oil, etc while my ally gets nothing. Abuse opportunities are large yes? Now let's say my ally runs high defense and I run nothing. Well, I can still easily be attacked... Yes? And even if I run normal def, then my def helps my ally, and then a determined person can still retal me...

And intel allies? Are those going to make a worse player suddenly win? Obviously not.

It's interesting actually... I already know you're a libertarian, but this is the same broken mindset at work here in EE. All-or-nothing retard thinking.
