Just to clear things up because some people seem to be mistaken; CC will be a clan next reset. Who the leaders are I am not sure, but I am simply stepping down. I am not retiring from FFA and CC is not disbanding.

Oilers are only good if war continues to happen on this server after next reset...

it will be interesting to see if anybody but suiciders bother to hit after next set

the restart changes should not be implemented to FFA, or if they are it should be a LOT less (20% max) with 15 other countries available to FA a 70% buffer for restarts is stupid.
