Hey!, JBM decided to "war" me right when I was ABing #86 lol, he thought by buying a fluff tons of tanks and troops I wasn't gonna be able to hit him again lol, he forgot my spal is 3x better than his and he doesn't have SDI, I love the effort though :-)

I suppose that be falling under the coordination rule, I get that, with all the changes done to "improve" the game you figure you fix the issue of being able to retal countries that took land from you despite being in heavy Dr due to war, I guess that makes too much sense?
