that's exciting; obviously we're overwhelming the old server slightly; it did have similar problems before, but I didn't have that error handling stuff built at the time -- usually it had issues when boxcar was going a little nuts on it's ranks process....

Unfortunately, this processor only has 2 threads/cores, so I can't easily restrict boxcar & evo2025 to 1-2 threads/cores and leave EE with the rest.... Also, the system & database are on the same disk temporarily, as opposed to spread out over 2 3-disk raid-1's...

Anyway, I have new RAM, am just memtesting it now, which should take another... 6 hours at this rate =/
