We don't have a target yet thats why we are putting it out there. Nothing differant then previous sets except we are not actively looking. With a few exceptions.

Normally if Ares doesnt plan to war we go and contact FA's from The top 5 clans and ask for pacts. If we are planning to war we leave it open. If you want a pact all you have to do is ask. Not a big deal.
