I have yet to see new yorkstyle on a menu or style at a pizza joint when traveling

only eat Denominazione di Origine Controllata approved pizza.

chicago style "pizza" is actually a casserole, and is to be considered inferior to all real types of pizza

Im a thin crust, brick fire, new york style man myself.

brick fire does sound lovely.

pizza al taglio. in some parts of italy they have 'pizza' that is kinda like a mega foccacia cut into takeaway strips which they sometimes dress in the weirdest toppings, but more often then not only serve with tomato sauce or olive oil.

I like mine thick but my wife wants it hand-tossed. We usually work it out. :)
