Owned -52% and Effect -1.3%

Anyone care to clarify between the difference between the two?

Having not logged in to look at your question closer, I would assume you get -1.3% per 8 bonus points spent, and you are up to -52% because you have received 40 -1.3% increments.

You should of been smart enough to figure that out on your own. You should feel bad.
