Basically this dumbass killed his brother in law, then went over to his cousins house and started arguing with her and beating her. He then shot at her and grazed her neck. She ran to her neighbors house, he follows her and continues beating her.

The owner of the house comes to the door, sees what is going on, and tries to stop it. The killer turns on the good samaratin, and chases him into the samaratin s house. The samaratin shoots the dumbass, and saves the girls life.
