So I have 810k networth

someone with 6.2 mill attacked me, are in GDI, so i cant attack back, and i cant declare war on them bc that option isnt on the attack sceen.....


Dont understand this and its super lame, why cant i declare war on someone who farmed me? How do I mess up this country? OBVIOUSLY its not fair BUT is there a way to hurt this guy without getting to his networth ???? (which i dont wanna do)

he probally farmed you to where you can't hit him back. Unfair but its a tactic some people use, picking a country thats right around that line and then farming. You probally need to grow to where your a certain percentage of his NW to strike back.

i don't even know if you can declare with that size difference but why bother declaring if you won't even try to go up his networth?

You can't declare war in Express. It's a bug. For some reason it shows up in the options after doing a special attack on a country (ie, GS/AB/BR/Missle Attack); but, if you try to use it, it gives an error message.

I like my networth and im just playing to hurt people who hit me, but he did the join GDI, farm the low ranks, and then do a big networth jump, its a lame move but express seems to make it the smart one, so now ill get up to half his networth and attack, but i didnt wanna... :P

I agree got hit a bit while GDI by those huge countries thinking it would keep them at bay only to find out otherwise chalk it up to lesson learned that GDI is not the same in express. Countries more than twice your nw do not need to declare war.
