Why didn't you join GDI?

less defined as days go by. Fading away well you might say I am losing the focus. Kinda drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself

Every set a player suicides on all non-gdi members. You were just one of the unfortunate ones to learn it the hard way.

I jacked up and grabbed someone before I joined gdi, waiting for the inevitable now. What's the reasoning behind blocking gdi after you attack someone if you haven't broken any gdi rules, anyway?

It wouldn't be much- but you could store up 360 turns as a non-gdi player- do all your attacks on different countries, then join GDI saving GDI costs for 360 turns. That's the only reasoning I could think of..

Yes, I know. I was responding to Kevro's message. He asked for the reasoning behind blocking gdi after you attack someone.

The rule that you can't join for some fixed period of time after making a hit would not work but a rule that you could not join until a set number of turns with no attack had passed might. The number of turns would have to be very large - say twice the max that can be saved up.

Probably the existing, very simple, rule is better. Simplicity is usully valuable with rules.

That makes sense, celphi.

Although that would be nice, furious, you are probably right in that it would be better to keep it simple
