How amazingly organised it is.

Wouldn't it be more fun just to grab though?

Can't quite see the fun in these lists.

Seems more like, I don't know, selling insurance or something. Something dull. :(

Because Paradigm doesn't get in fluff size competitions about retal policies with our pacted alliances anymore, and it also offers security from getting attacked (war). We also don't want to deter retals - we embrace them by offering fair terms where by both countries benefit.

I see the benefit. Everyone gets the ghost acres for the sake of giving up a bit of military.

But its an obvious exploit.

I hadn't quite realised how extensively its gone in for.

But there you are. People obviously like it or it wouldn't be so common.
