Did the mechanics change much compared to old times? Like the 100 turn farmer start and what not, maybe someone can point to some old timer guide to new Earth 2025

production is tied population nowadays and if you get bit too much land early then expenses will cut tax revenue (and that way force you to sell more bushels to finance building up) so explore only when need land not explore land in advance.

otherwise basics are same as they were in mehul's game but alot under hood has changed.

also landgrabbing ........err......... landtrading (lging isn't allowed apparently on any tags allowed server) can be fun if does it properly due ghost acres.

in two thousand and three, you did not play turns to grab or erxplore for land before you used turns to build your existing land. it is remarkable how little he ever adds to any conversation.

my favourite was when he told me i could never win any server i played. then i told him that i won two of the servers, and i swear to christ, he said that i only won because i wasn't playing against anybody that beat me..

Marshal sucks at this game, and english. Do not listen to any of his advice. Even if it is good advice he fluffs it up somehow. It is as impressive as it is infuriating.

I would recommend joining a clan to brush back up, and reading the announcements board. There have been many changes.
