Going into this war there was quite a bit of hype and excitement among the clans that were involved, some last minute changes of plans/opting out of the war caused some hiccups in the setup of this war. It moved forward anyways.
While there were some minor issues and mishaps, I feel that for the most part it went smoothly. I know that we had a lot of fun in this war and really enjoyed that you could hop into the war room at almost anytime aound the clock and there were people chatting about something, mostly non-ee stuff. This was one of the main reasons we set this forward in the first place, to encourage activity and communicating with people from clans around the community that you don't usually interact with. Last reset, SoL declared war on STONES and this set we fought with them at our side.
Thank you all that participated, at the end of the day this game and particularly this war was meant for fun and boosting activity, and I am glad that goal was accomplished. I know there will have to be more communicating and possibly posting on a googledoc of the rules and timelines and such to prevent the confusion we had this time, and preferably more clans involved, but I can speak for SoL in that we would definitely take part in another one of these down the road if they were to happen.
