These same bots have infiltrated Earth Empires and threaten to develop the technology to destroy our empire.
The bots have allied to an army that calls themselves "Untagged". Making it hard to differentiate one from the other.

As the bot/untagged army continues to grows, their numbers exceed the largest of any alliance. We must weaken the untagged and bring them into the alliance fold by putting all bots in check.
Eleventy-two Buzzillion dollars have been spent to develop an intelligence agency to seek out the bots and attack them with crippling effect.

It is apparent that bots will continue to be part of Earth Empires for the foreseeable future. Our eleventy-two buzzillion dollar agency has confirmed that with the preemptive strike, we have deterred the ability of all bots to become independent thinkers for years to come.
