If said country grows to missile dump then drop basically all land and NW etc so it cant be killed bc of humanitarians then defending bigger countries should be able to hit/ kill it within 24 hours.

should be like GDI on express/primary after so many hits should be open to attack regardless of anything.

Yea, I'd support removing size penalties in non-solo servers as well in some similar manner. Need to make sure it's not abusable, though
