I beg to differ. I would see however where you could be swayed to give him the debate and that is this:

Actually, I was talking about Tuckleberry. He picked a fight with my def ally, and my def ally went inactive a couple weeks later. Then on the last day of the set, Tuckleberry messages me to brag about how he beat my def ally in a war, and I respond back telling him that my def ally hasn't played since February 7th and he still has more networth than you.
I wasn't criticizing your abilities, I was criticizing his abilities with a specific example where he would know exactly I was talking about.
I do not hit anyone without provocation, and you know that. What USIMP did to f3ar was sufficient provocation. If you insist on allying people that don't accept 1:1 retals, then I will continue to mess with your allies without your blessing. If you only ally people that accept 1:1 retals, then we will have no problem.
I do believe that IMP has been fairly vocal in the past about supporting/enforcing 1:1 retals. Surely you don't wish to flop sides here and object to me standing up for 1:1 retals on FFA.

The section where Rockman tries to suave his way out of the predicament of using us as a punchline is good but let that not deter you from his original message "They might even teach you how to not lose a war to a country that's been inactive for three weeks".
Rockman's message there was clearly to defame IMP and our poor warring abilities insinuating we lose to inactives. This is an insult and is fuel to the fire.
Now, please acknowledge the fact that USIMP was a 1 man tag and nobody else was playing in there besides Joeskin. USIMP/Joeskin and SoF did NOT intentionally plan together to hit F3ar. F3ar dug himself/herself/themselves into a hole with BOTH clans. Those two clans took matters into their own hands in what they surveyed hostile.
Rockman, decided to be a hero and defend F3ar without USIMP ever in any written or ingame actions touching Mercs. Rockman just went into a thread and decided to investigate and enforce a policy on an ally of IMP. USIMP then had F3ar and Mercs on him. Leave SoF out because there is no coordinated or no proof of any coordinated attack between the two clans. This in itself allows USIMP to bring in IMP.
Now, let us establish what is sufficient provocation. In the matter between USIMP and Fear, USIMP BELIEVED F3ar was cheating them from their fully privileged retal by what is called dr'ing in the means of land trading/self farming. Was this indeed what happened? Maybe. Is it enough to kill over? Yes and there are precedents further supporting this and therefore establishing it as sufficient provocation on USIMP. Mercs, wasn’t directly involved in the hits and therefore had NO earthly right. Had Mercs rallied the community(since this seems to be a wide arm reaching amongst the clans issue) and as a group collectively decided USIMP was wrong perhaps things would have turned differently.
Moreover, Rockman assumed "He did hit USIMP one time this set, and you retalled, and then you apparently killed him because you didn't get all your land back in one hit.
So it looks like you're trying to force L:L retals on FFA? I can't see why f3ar deserves to be killed... ". Did Joeskin/USIMP ever confirm this? No. Did they confess? No.
As a third party who was not directly involved, you jumped the gun and hastily sentenced USIMP to death without any real evidence of his supposed enforcement of L:L. You did not contact IMP or any of USIMP’s allies to see if this was the case. You did not make any efforts to remedy this other than lethal actions. You sir, are guilty of being judge, jury, and executioner. This will not be tolerated and this is why you died Rockman.
P.S. I didn't proofread so reserve the right to edit as more evidence/and time to go over this statement is given.
