ok so he did get convicted on all points but aiding foregin enemies, poor kid...

The espionage conviction is questionable and might legitimately be appealable. Not sure how much that would reduce his sentence by but currently he faces up to 136 years. Will be interested to see if the judge effectively sentences him to life in prison.
