ugh.. businesses are sorta required to actively protect their trademark...

also it's well known that disney is VERY VERY VERY protective about their trademarks - and they do go after even the small guys in order to defend the TM. so what, exactly, is the issue when disney acts to protect their trademark from a fluffty electronic music artist?
