the optics didn't seem like they were
the ones attacking you. They said OMEGA
and their allied clans would take us

Probably the same people who suicided Omega last set and claimed that we told them to do so.
(which is why we helped Omega kill them, because we didn't)

Omega are netters, but won't hesitate to do something for themselves if they need to. They don't get others to do their work for them.

We did what we were told. We're sorry we offended OMEGA and their masters, Paradigm, last set. We're noobs, and had no idea we were going to be forever harassed if we don't act as their hands and feet. This injustice isn't just towards poor Josey who couldn't find the Cooperation server, but us as well. We just wanted some good action, but some people just have bigger cliques and bully with their numbers.

If you'd been honest that you were landgrabbing for the sake of landgrabbing, and with the intent to drive someone out of the game, sure.
Trying to falsely implicate others for the sake of starting dramas, well that's fluffty.
